Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Europe (majority), Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico. We no longer ship to Japan, Singapore, Malaysia.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Products are shipped from our warehouses in Asia or Dallas, Texas (for some US orders). See delivery times below.

Processing time: 

Most items will ship within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 days due to high volumes or stock replenishment. Certain products may require longer.

Estimated Delivery Times:
  • USA & Canada: 10-12 business days
  • UK, Australia, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands: 8-12 business days
  • Remainder of Europe, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil: 2-4 weeks


Shipping times are not guaranteed. If you require an order before a specific date, please contact to confirm if an expedited option is available at an extra charge.


Delays: Delays may occur due to the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. As a courtesy, we will offer to re-send the items free of charge, or assist with a refund, depending on the situation, if your order does not show delivered within the Maximum Delivery Time chart below and at the time of the request. This must be explicitly requested.

Maximum Delivery Times:
  • USA & Canada: 25 business days
  • UK, Australia, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands: 20 working days
  • Other: 25 working days

 when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. 


  • Orders placed using PayPal eCheck will be shipped out after the payment clears.
  • Delays may occur due to inventory/material limitations, environmental, political or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs (and we hope not), we will do our best to communicate this to you as soon as possible.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for every order (with possible exceptions for lower cost items, such as some bag accessories and free gifts). You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification, or you can track your order on our Track Order page.

Multiple Shipments

Since we source our products from different suppliers, you may receive separate packages for each product. Hang in there and it should arrive soon!
