First - let's address the big things:
- June 18 Update: We are partnering with new shipping partners to improve delivery times
- We are still dispatching orders like normal (most within 1-2 days)

- We've extended the return window to 45 days
- We're supporting COVID-19 relief efforts whenever possible
- May 1 Update: Some product prices have increased due to increased shipping costs with limited transportation routes
Now, more detail:
The coronavirus: everyone is talking about it, and rightfully so. COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) has impacted individuals, families, businesses, communities and nations worldwide - and the impact is still ongoing. There are a lot of unknowns about the virus, and also how communities may have to react. We're keeping up-to-date with the CDC, WHO, reputable news sources and real people all over the world. We know that each country, city or community may be handling things a little differently and we want you to know we are standing with you.
How Pursh Collection is Handling Things
The small Pursh Collection team is (thankfully) healthy and well as we practice social (physical) distancing. Our customer support team in Texas is working remotely and currently not handling any physical products. We have temporarily paused all Texas-originated shipments to continue self-isolating. Our two main partner warehouses in Asia are working and also ensuring proper hygiene. Wearing constantly-changed gloves and masks, sanitizing and covering high-touch spaces (work spaces, keyboards, etc.), and regular employee temperature checks are some of the ways we ensure pre-packaging safety. Postal services are disinfecting post offices, processing centers and postal trucks/vans at the origin point.
Knowing that shipments may experience delays, we have transitioned to a newer, faster shipping partner with the hopes that your shipment deliveries will not be heavily impacted. Shipments originate with an international shipping company and transfer to one of your local shipping services. Delays may occur unexpectedly and outside of our control, but we will continue to monitor tracking statuses and help when we can!
How We can Help Others
We are currently working on ways we can help those impacted by COVID-19 directly, such as within our local communities. We've enabled the ability for customers to choose a donation cause with every order, and this includes a COVID-19 relief fund. You shop, you choose, we donate.
